I noticed that if I launch the game directly from the folder not steam it does not freeze. UPDATE: So, after reinstalling Steam, Dota and stuff. I hope someone can help me with some other solution, that I could not find. It always gets stuck at logo screen and then does not respond.

I tried verifiying files, re-installing, installing on a different disk, trying with OpenGL and Vulkan Support (I have no idea what those are), trying no intro options, safe mode, changing resolutions and etc. Whenever I start Dota it gets stuck on the logo and never goes into the menu or moves on past that point, I have tried Verfying Integrity of cache, I ran it in Compatiblity mode for Windows 7 and 8, Ran it as an administrator, Reinstalled it 2 times, I did -safe, -autoconfig, and updated my drivers. After a while, I decided to play again (It was when Dota+ came out I guess) but after re-installing, I could not pass logo screen. I played Dota ish hours then I deleted the game for personal reasons. So, I did not know where to go, I tried google, contacting steam support, lurking at dota 2 forums etc but could not find a solution, so here I am.
